Air Freight
For urgent stock, parts, samples and shipments where time matters — flight routing, chargeable weight calculation and airport cut-off coordination.
From the first mile to the final destination, Current Logistics brings together road, air and sea freight solutions to keep cargo moving.
Reliable inland transportation starts with the right planning. From cargo collection to port transfers and final delivery, Current Logistics helps businesses coordinate road freight with a clear understanding of routes, schedules and handling requirements.
International air freight offers an efficient option for shipments where timing and coordination matter. Current Logistics supports air cargo planning, documentation and connected delivery requirements.
Whether your cargo requires a full container or a consolidated shipment, Current Logistics helps coordinate ocean freight movements with attention to routing, documentation and inland connections.
Cargo arrives at the logistics hub for sorting, customs clearance verification, warehousing, and final inland dispatch. Keeping every handover connected is what good freight forwarding is about.

Yes. Headquartered in Mumbai with active operations connecting Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mumbai Air Cargo (BOM), Mundra, Chennai, and Delhi, we orchestrate end-to-end import and export consignments across 120+ global sea and air trade corridors with full document diligence.
It depends on transit urgency, cargo volume, and budget. Air freight is best suited for time-critical, high-value, or compact consignments (typically under 500 kg) requiring 2–5 days delivery. Ocean freight offers immense economy for planned volumes, heavy machinery, or large batches on 15–35 day transit cycles.
FCL (Full Container Load) reserves a dedicated 20ft or 40ft ocean container exclusively for your goods, offering maximum security and direct port dispatch. LCL (Less than Container Load) consolidates your smaller freight (under ~12–15 CBM) with other cargo, so you only pay for the exact cubic metres your cargo occupies.
Absolutely. We provide cohesive door-to-door logistics. Your itemized quote can bundle origin factory pickup, port container drayage, Indian customs clearance (CHA filing and duty management), international air/sea freight, and destination delivery under single-party accountability.
Standard shipments require a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (or Air Waybill), and active Importer-Exporter Code (IEC). Depending on commodity classification (HS Code), our clearance specialists guide you through specialized permits including MSDS, FSSAI, Certificate of Origin, or BIS NOCs.
For air freight, airlines bill based on whichever is greater: gross physical weight (kg) or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 6,000). For ocean LCL, revenue tonnes are calculated at 1 CBM = 1,000 kg. Our operations desk calculates and confirms chargeable weight upfront to ensure total billing clarity.
Every consignment is assigned a dedicated Mumbai operations manager. Clients receive regular milestone alerts—from factory pickup, customs gate-in, and vessel departure (ATD), to transshipment milestones and arrival notice (ATA). Consignments can also be tracked directly on our web portal using your AWB or Container Number.
For standard port-to-port or airport-to-airport enquiries, our pricing desk returns an itemized quotation within 2 to 4 business hours. Multimodal door deliveries, specialized refrigerated freight, or project cargo reviews are structured and dispatched within 24 hours with carrier schedules and vessel space allocations.
Clear, transparent answers to frequent questions regarding shipment planning, modal selection, customs clearance, and global freight routing.
Our Mumbai logistics desk is available to evaluate cargo specifications, trade permits, and door-to-door transit schedules.
